Where is Code Green located?

We are headquartered in the South Puget Sound region and we service the greater Puget Sound area (Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia).  Our office is located at 3110 Meridian Av E, Edgewood, WA.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may call with any questions during these times. If by chance you have to leave a message, someone from our office will return your call before close of business that day. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Code Green is licensed to do business in the state of Washington. We carry commercial liability insurance, and we are bonded. Our contractor number is #CODEGLL972DQ.

Do I need to sign an agreement to have work performed on my property?

Yes. These agreements avoid confusion about specific work to be done and the costs of those jobs.

How are maintenance service agreements set up?

After evaluating your needs and determining the scheduled work to be done, an annual contract is drawn up. Code Green has many flexible plans available for residential clients also.

Do you handle only residential clients?

No. Code Green offers both residential and commercial landscape maintenance.

What is the difference between maintenance and projects?

Maintenance is typically set up for ongoing work with a monthly billing cycle. Special projects and major work are usually one-time services, but they set the foundation for ongoing maintenance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Code Green accepts cash, checks, and money orders along with Visa and MasterCard.

When is payment due?

Payment for one-time jobs and special projects outside the scope of an annual contract is due upon the completion of those jobs. Maintenance account billing is monthly and is due 15 days from receipt of invoice.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Applicable sales tax is added to all transactions.

Do I receive a discount for paying cash?

No.

Do you charge late fees?

Please call our billing department with billing problems. We may charge a late fee on unpaid balances. If accounts remain unpaid they will be sent to collections.

Yes, Code Green is pleased to offer a 10% discount to customers over 55.

Code Green knows that their success depends on referrals. If we do business with someone you refer to us, our incentive program will save you money on your maintenance bill or next project. Just tell your friends to let us know that "you" sent them..
